Why We All Need Inspirational Self-Confidence Quotes
Far too many of us are caught in a destructive breakdown of self-confidence.
In a world where we are constantly confronted by the perfection on social media, it’s easy to start feeling like we will never be ‘enough.’
It seems like we’ll never be pretty enough, thin enough, fashionable enough, successful enough, rich enough. Our homes will never be perfectly organized or decorated like they ‘should’ be. Our children may never quite match up to the brags we see on Instagram and FB every.single.day.
First, if you’re having any of those feelings, I would urge you to get unplugged for a while. Don’t feed the beast.
You can also grab these confidence journal prompts for more in-depth work on your thoughts and actions.
And if you’re really feeling low, definitely seek the help of a professional.
This post is a collection of self-confidence quotes you can use when you need a boost, or when you want to build self-confidence in yourself AND those around you.

All of those positive things feed off each other and help everyone. Win-win-win.
